NOVAPOR, a leader in customized packaging solutions, is pleased to announce plans for a significant expansion of its production facilities in Kaltenkirchen, Germany. With an additional 2,000 square meters of warehouse and manufacturing area, NOVAPOR will significantly expand its capacity to meet the increasing demand for high-quality packaging solutions. Completion of the expansion project is scheduled for the end of 2024 and preparations are already in full swing.
Since moving into the current building in 2022, NOVAPOR has seen a sharp increase in orders and customer inquiries, showing that the quality and versatility of its products are appreciated by customers from various industries. The increasing demand and the resulting continued strong growth required the decision to expand the production halls.
More space, shorter delivery times
The additional 2000 square meters of warehouse and manufacturing area will enable NOVAPOR to increase production capacity while optimizing stock levels. This means that NOVAPOR will be able to offer a greater variety of packaging solutions and shorten delivery times for its customers. In addition, the expansion will allow NOVAPOR to increase its inventory levels and offer a larger quantity of raw materials and manufacture products in order to be able to respond even better to unforeseen peaks in demand.

Question: What prompted you to decide to expand your production facilities?
Andreas Muehlenberg: We are very pleased with the growing demand for our packaging solutions. It shows us that we need to expand our production capacity in order to continue to optimally meet the needs of our customers. With this expansion, we can improve our service even further and serve even more customers.
Question: Why did you choose Kaltenkirchen as the location for the expansion?
Joerg Muehlenberg: Kaltenkirchen has been our headquarters for many years and offers the ideal infrastructure for the production and storage of our products. We also have an experienced team here that can support us in the implementation of the expansion project.
Question: What are your goals and expectations for the completion of the expansion project?
Julian Muhlenberg: We expect that the expansion of the production halls will enable us to double our production capacity while working more efficiently. Our goal is to continue to offer our customers high-quality packaging solutions and to consolidate NOVAPOR's position in the industry.
