Disposable packaging is mostly made from 100% recyclable foams. These have a large recycled content during production. Reusable and pendulum packaging are made of high-quality and durable materials foams manufactured.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Our partners and suppliers are strictly selected according to high environmental standards.
Reusable packaging and materials with a good environmental life cycle are preferred.
Foam rest and offcuts are recycled or reused, minimizing waste.
Our employees are regularly trained to improve their environmental behavior and ecological wareness.
The use of raw materials and energy is designed to be as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible.
SUCCESSFUL ISO 14001 CERTIFICATION
Conserving resources and finding ecologically sensible solutions is an important topic for us. We have been continuously optimizing our work processes for decades in order to operate even more efficiently and with less energy consumption. We now have this commitment in writing: In 2021, NOVAPOR successfully received certification in the field of environmental management according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015. OUR CURRENT ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION PROJECTS
RECYCLING OF NON-CROSSLINKED PE
A big advantage of uncrosslinked PE is that it can be recycled infinitely. NOVAPOR places great value on recycling. All foam cuttings are collected and grated and compressed by a machine. A partner company collects the strands and uses them to produce new goods. We recycle over 1000m³ of foam every year!
REUSE OF CROSSLINKED PE
Cross-linked PE cannot be recycled, but NOVAPOR is also active here. A young start-up called Zielscheibe.info collects leftover plates and cuttings and processes them into targets. A win-win situation. There is no unnecessary waste and the start-up does not have to use any new material!
RE-USE OF FOAM SKINS
A foam skin is created during the foaming process of raw PE panels. In the manufacturing process, these are usually split off and have no use. NOVAPOR has found a partner company that can continue to use these skins. This is how new products are made from waste. A victory for environmental protection!
RE-USE OF PE FOAM
Another project for avoiding waste at NOVAPOR is the RE-USE process for cutting waste. All other trimmings, waste and old packaging made from cross-linked PE are collected and handed over to a partner company. The company produces, among other things, the subsoil for artificial turf pitches or playgrounds from the PE residues. Waste is avoided and a waste of new resources is avoided!
REUSABLE INSTEAD OF DISPOSABLE
NOVAPOR works diligently with many of its customers on reusable solutions to reduce costs and avoid unnecessary waste. We have even developed a deposit system for the B2C area, whereby the end customer sends the reusable packaging back to the company and the deposit is refunded.
